Title: Senior UX Designer

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: Onsite, 5 days a week in Las Vegas

Overview:

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to support enterprise-level design initiatives. This role requires someone who excels in user-centered design practices, prototyping, and has a track record of working in fast-paced technology or consulting environments. The ideal candidate will be located in the Las Vegas area and available to work onsite full-time.

Key Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in UX/product design, preferably within enterprise or B2B environments
• Strong background in user-centered design and usability principles
• Proficient in prototyping and modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure)
• Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design patterns, and visual design
• Ability to tell compelling design stories and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience developing design systems and frameworks
• Portfolio showcasing complex design projects across web and/or mobile platforms
• Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (BFA/MFA/B.Des. or equivalent)
• Experience in design research and applying data to inform design is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes from concept to execution
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development and design standards
• Stay current with emerging tools, trends, and methodologies in UX and product design
• Use product data and market insights to inform design decisions and uncover opportunities
