Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic vision and implementation roadmap for AI integration across our API platform ecosystem
• Build and manage a cross-functional team dedicated to AI adoption, education, and platform enhancement
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI implementation
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure AI adoption success and technical/business value delivery
• Drive cultural change and AI literacy across development teams through targeted education, workshops, and internal advocacy
• Oversee the development of AI-powered tools, capabilities, and best practices specifically for our API ecosystem
• Ensure AI implementations adhere to security, compliance, and ethical standards
• Regularly present AI adoption progress and outcomes to senior leadership

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- MANAGER AI Adoption.
• 8+ years of technical leadership experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML implementation at scale
• 5+ years managing software development teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of API platforms, microservices architecture, and modern development practices
• Practical experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise software environments
• Demonstrated success driving technical adoption across distributed development teams
• Excellence in technical communication, both with engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strategic thinking with ability to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes
• Strong technical understanding of current AI technologies and their practical applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence without direct authority across multiple teams
• Data-driven decision-making approach
• Change management expertise to overcome adoption barriers
• Experience managing budgets and resources for technical initiatives
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for various technical and non-technical audiences.
• Previous work with large-scale API platforms or developer ecosystems
• Experience with MLOps practices and AI implementation in production environments
• Background in developer productivity tools or platforms
• Track record of successful cross-organizational technical initiatives
• Familiarity with relevant AI frameworks and tools in the API management space
