Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual) – NYC (Hospitality/Restaurant)

Flushing, Queens, NY | Full-Time | $65,000 - $75,000

Are you a hospitality-savvy recruiter who knows how to spot a rising star across the dining room and the boardroom? We’re on the hunt for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at HR Management Group Inc d/b/a Vertex.

As a leading restaurant group with a diverse portfolio of high-performing concepts, we know our people are our secret sauce. This role is key to identifying, attracting, and hiring the kind of talent that keeps our kitchens humming and our guests coming back.

What You’ll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume restaurant and corporate roles across our portfolio
• Partner closely with HR and Operations leadership to understand staffing needs and build proactive pipelines
• Source, interview, and assess candidates with a strong emphasis on hospitality culture and brand fit
• Craft compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns that reflect our company voice and values
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities to attract diverse talent
• Maintain our internal talent systems and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from start to finish
• Help us evolve our employer brand and recruitment strategy as we grow

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ years in the restaurant or hospitality industry (required)
• Proven ability to recruit for both hourly and management-level roles
• Bilingual in Chinese and English strongly preferred
• Strong communicator who can build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
