Job Title: Senior Superintendent – Healthcare Construction ($100M+ Projects)

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on complex $100M+ healthcare construction projects . The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing acute care hospital jobs, understands HCAI/OSHPD standards, and thrives in fast-paced, occupied environments where safety, coordination, and compliance are paramount.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction efforts for large-scale healthcare projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, field staff, and owner reps to maintain project flow
• Enforce compliance with HCAI/OSHPD regulations, ICRA protocols, and jobsite safety
• Oversee site logistics, delivery sequencing, and phased occupancy plans
• Monitor schedules and implement corrective actions to avoid delays
• Conduct daily field meetings and maintain accurate reporting
• Foster strong communication with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Hospital Facilities teams

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in construction with at least 7 years as a Superintendent
• Direct experience leading $100M+ healthcare projects
• Strong knowledge of California HCAI (formerly OSHPD) processes and inspections
• Skilled in supervising union trades and managing tight urban job sites
• Technology: Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, P6
• OSHA 30, ICRA certification preferred
