Key Responsibilities:

• Litigate Section 1983, ADA, Title VII, and related civil rights claims

• Draft and file complaints, pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs

• Lead discovery: depositions, document production, interrogatories

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials in state and federal courts

• Coordinate with co-counsel, advocacy organizations, and subject-matter experts

• Mentor junior attorneys on litigation strategies and trial preparation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil rights litigation

• Connecticut Bar admission (active and in good standing)

• Proven success in federal court litigation and constitutional claims

• Exceptional research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills

• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple, complex matters
