Job Description

**In office 4 days a week- Ballantyne**

Overview:

A leading entity management and corporate services platform serving the commercial real estate industry is seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative to join its expanding sales team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of growth—identifying and creating new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, multi-channel outreach, and targeted engagement. Your mission: to connect the company with as many qualified leads as possible and build strong brand awareness within key markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Pipeline Growth : Proactively identify and engage decision-makers within legal, finance, and operations teams at target accounts.
  • Execute Strategic Outreach : Launch and manage outbound campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate interest and build relationships.
  • Craft Compelling Messaging : Develop personalized, value-driven communications that capture attention and clearly articulate the platform’s benefits.
  • Qualify and Convert Leads : Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover needs, pain points, and fit—moving them through the sales funnel.
  • Deliver Impactful Demos : Schedule and lead engaging product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s unique challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate and Optimize : Partner with sales and marketing leadership to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and Improve Performance : Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce), monitor activity metrics, and measure progress against weekly and monthly goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Strong desire to build a career in sales/business development.
  • Self-motivated & comfortable working independently towards goals.
  • Detail oriented with ability to organize & track multiple outreach campaigns.
  • Coachable, energetic, & eager to learn sales best practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or fintech industries preferred but not required.
