Job Description

Position: Residential HVAC Service Technician

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $80,000 to $100,000/year (Depending on experience)

Experience: 2 + years of service experience, or a combination of education and experience.

Education:

• Completion of an HVAC training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship.
• Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants required.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift

Greene Resources is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and malfunctions
• Replace worn or defective parts in HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Properly complete paperwork.

Position Requirements:

• Proficient with manual and power tools
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Reliable and self-motivated
