Join an innovative medical device contract development & manufacturing organization! As a Development Engineer III, you’ll play a key role in transforming design concepts into validated, production-ready solutions that impact patients and clinicians worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design and development projects for next-generation medical devices, from concept through verification and validation.
• Drive process, system, and methodology improvements that enhance product performance and manufacturability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to translate requirements into functional, compliant designs.
• Conduct risk assessments, technical studies, and cost analyses to support project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with design-control, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, GMP).
• Mentor and guide junior engineers while contributing hands-on technical expertise.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 4–10 years of experience in medical-device development & manufacturing.
• Strong CAD design skills (SolidWorks preferred).
• Orthopedic medical device experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with design-control documentation, 510(k) submissions, and Lean manufacturing environments.
• A detail-oriented, creative mindset with a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
