Job Description

Our client, a law firm in downtown DC, is seeking a temporary Receptionist to support their team!

The Job:

• Greet and announce clients and visitors in the office.
• Answer phones (internal and external calls) and take and transmit messages.
• Serve as receptionist for special office events.
• Utilize the EMS to book conference rooms for meetings.
• Perform additional clerical and administrative projects as assigned.

About You:

• 2+ years of administrative experience; professional services experience is a plus.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Tech savvy and proficient in telephone/voicemail systems; EMS experience is a plus.
• Familiar with office procedures for conference room/food service scheduling.
• Detail-oriented/organized with excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.

About the Position:

• $20/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
• Temporary for 2 months.
• Potential for the assignment to be extended.
• 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
• Office is metro accessible.
