Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee all pre-construction activities, including contract development, subcontractor management, and procurement.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective problem-solving strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing community-scale solar projects, including both rooftop and ground-mount installations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with solar project development and design.
