Job Description: Project Manager - Luxury Residential Construction

Client Location: Naples, Florida

Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 (DOE) + Comprehensive Benefits

Our client, a renowned leader in the construction of exceptional, multi-million-dollar residences, has retained us to identify a top-tier Project Manager. This individual will be entrusted with overseeing their portfolio of bespoke projects in the Naples market, each representing the pinnacle of design, craftsmanship, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of luxury residential construction projects (typically $10M+), ensuring flawless execution from pre-construction through to final delivery and client turnover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, architect, interior designers, and engineers, ensuring clear, professional, and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct detailed estimating and cost analysis, manage project budgets with precision, and oversee all financial aspects to ensure profitability.
• Develop, maintain, and drive the master project schedule, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
• Provide daily leadership and direction to superintendents and specialty subcontractors, enforcing strict adherence to safety, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, manage change orders, and mitigate project risks.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• A verifiable track record as a Project Manager within the high-end ($10M+) custom residential construction sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in project estimating, budgeting, and financial management for complex, detail-oriented projects.
• Impeccable client-facing communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations of discerning clients.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead teams in a high-pressure, excellence-driven environment.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, South Florida building codes, and the specific permitting process within Naples and Collier County.
• A portfolio that demonstrates experience with projects of comparable scope and luxury.
