Job Title: Project Executive – Electrical Subcontractor (Hyperscale Data Centers)

Location: Dallas, TX (with travel across DFW)

About the Opportunity

We are representing a well-established and highly respected electrical subcontractor that has built a strong reputation delivering complex, large-scale hyperscale data center projects across Texas. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Project Executive to lead the successful delivery of multiple high-profile builds.

This is a Dallas-based leadership role with regional travel to job sites across the DFW metroplex, offering a strategic platform for a driven executive to shape major mission-critical projects while mentoring and guiding project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight and direction across multiple active and upcoming hyperscale data center construction projects
• Serve as the primary liaison with general contractors, developers, end clients, and internal stakeholders
• Lead project planning and execution from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Guide and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff across the full project lifecycle
• Drive cost control, contract compliance, change management, risk mitigation, and scheduling alignment
• Ensure all operations align with quality, safety, and performance standards required in hyperscale environments
• Support strategic client development and represent the business in high-level project meetings
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across the team

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing large-scale data center projects
• Proven experience working with or for large electrical subcontractors on complex mission-critical projects
• Strong understanding of hyperscale project demands, including MEP coordination, scheduling, and change order management
• Effective communicator and relationship-builder with the ability to manage senior-level stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and technically competent in fast-paced construction environments
• Based in the Dallas area or open to relocating (relocation assistance available)
• Willingness to travel locally to project sites across the DFW metro area
