Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to lead and manage our US Project Delivery Team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of Nobi’s implementation projects in the US. The Project Delivery Lead will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and aligning project delivery strategies with company goals.
This role requires a strong leader with expertise in project and people management, capable of overseeing a team consisting of Product Installation Specialists and Onboarding & Training Specialists. Strong remote leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
The Project Delivery Lead will report to senior leadership and collaborate closely with other departments, including Customer Success, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure Nobi’s solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively to our customers.
