$20 - $22/hr

Responsibilities of the Production Assistant:

• Design and execute visually appealing store display that elevate product appeal and brand identity
• Utilize our POS system adeptly to uphold precise inventory management and transaction accuracy
• Maintain optimal stock levels on shelves, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers
• Stay informed about product features and trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions to continuously improve store presentation and efficiency

Qualifications for the Production Assistant:

• Previous retail or similar industry experience preferred; however, if you're passionate and ready to learn, we're ready to train you
• Customer service wizard? Fantastic-we need your A-game to create memorable experiences
• Quick thinker and calm under pressure-like a numbers ninja who thrives in dynamic environments
• Obsessively detail-oriented with a talent for transforming spaces into visual masterpieces
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to keep our operations running smoothly

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is required
