Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for MCU products in America aligning with business group objectives.
  • Define product positioning, promotion and go-to-market planning for target segments
  • and customers.
  • Lead efforts to secure design wins in collaboration with sales and FAEs. Build strong
  • relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Drive customer opportunity funnel growth by collaborating and supporting the sales
  • organization.
  • Provide sales teams and sales partners with the necessary marketing tools and support to enhance their success rate and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and market trends. Identify market segments and use case for current and future MCU products.
  • Contribute to set product strategy, roadmap development and product definition for next generation products. Bring North America regional insight to product requirements.
  • Develop product marketing strategies include pricing, advertising, product launching, company website management, and product handouts.
  • Travel within the North America in support of MCU business development. Some
  • International travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7years (10 yrs preferred) direct experience in product marketing or applications in the home automation and/or industrial infrastructure market segments.
  • Minimum 5 years of MCU/MPU products experience, including successful track record of market identification, product definition, launch and design in.
  • Solid knowledge of competitive environment, emerging applications, and leading system requirements are required.
  • Must have a demonstrated track record of growing MCU business.
  • Must have track record of working effectively with sales including distribution and factory representatives.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer and field presentation skills.
  • Mandarin fluency is a plus but not required.
