The Judge Group is seeking a Product Manager for a company located in the Syracuse, NY area.
Title: Product Manager
Location: Syracuse, NY
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
Overview:
The Product Manager will oversee the entire product life cycle, from planning and delivery to marketing and retirement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage product portfolios and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the product lifecycle management process, including the introduction of new products, maintenance of existing products, and retirement of outdated products.
• Serve as the product expert, coordinating with internal stakeholders and conducting market research to ensure successful product launches.
• Provide expertise to project stakeholders throughout the product development and launch phases.
• Analyze and understand competing technologies to enhance product strategy.
• Utilize data, research, and market analysis to refine product strategies and roadmaps.
• Stay updated on new technologies, products, and industry standards to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide projects through key milestones.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure product success and track key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of experience in Product Management
• Experience working in electrical component manufacturing
