Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Designer for a customer facing portfolio of work. This team will be supporting customer-facing designs that focus on Wearable device and a Mobile Application specific to connected consumer experiences related to a family portfolio within a Customer Experience organization, and integrations of services across portfolio channels. The product portfolio focuses on the digital life around services that are offered to customers - how customers use the service and what options they have within the service setup. Designers will join the team and work with product development and product management teams to implement and build experiences aligned with mobile products. We are seeking a designer who has experience working in enterprise environments and who can support end-to-end UX designs for mobile products, with an emphasis on design research, usability testing and writing briefs, as well as defining and unpacking the requirements to design stronger customer experiences. Candidates will have a customer-forward mentality, have strong experience designing user-centered designs, can work within complex high-touch journeys, and be strong design thinker to apply design thoughts to execution. Candidates should be comfortable taking initiative in ambiguous situations, working directly with stakeholders, collaborating in whiteboarding sessions, and have strong UX processes to work in the day-to-day environment. Teh team is very collaborative, so we are seeking a team player who is open to sharing in a design setting and can collaborate in Figma. There is a set design system candidates will work within, but there will be opportunities to make use cases for new components and visual aspects to be designed.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Compensation: $53hr to $65hr
