About the Role-
We are seeking a skilled PCB Designer with a strong background in electrical engineering and mechanical design to join our team in Hartford, CT.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Altium for PCB design and knowledge of SolidWorks for mechanical integration. While prior software experience is a plus, the primary focus is on electrical engineering fundamentals, including board bring-up and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities-
- Design and develop printed circuit boards (PCBs) using Altium Designer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical and mechanical compatibility.
- Utilize SolidWorks for mechanical design integration where needed.
- Perform board bring-up, testing, and debugging of PCB designs.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards and project requirements.
Qualifications
-Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience with PCB design expertise.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer (required).
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar mechanical design tools (preferred).
- Ability to perform basic board bring-up and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Prior experience with embedded software or firmware.
