About the Role - seeking an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in simulation and testing of PCBs, chips, and power devices to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency. Senior and Entry level applicants are encouraged as we have multiple roles available.

• Responsibilities
• Design and simulate circuits, PCBs, and power electronics using tools like SPICE, MATLAB, ANSYS, or COMSOL.
• Conduct testing and validation of chips, boards, and power devices to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.
• Perform signal integrity, thermal, and power analysis to optimize design reliability.
• Develop test plans, automate test setups, and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, troubleshooting, and design improvements.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

• Skills
• Experience in circuit design, simulation, and testing.
• Proficiency in ECAD tools (Altium, Cadence, Mentor Graphics) and simulation software (SPICE, ANSYS, COMSOL, MATLAB).
• Familiarity with power electronics, PCB layout, and high-speed circuit analysis.
• Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Pay range and compensation package - $30 - $40 per hour, plus overtime and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, accident, life and AD&D insurance, spouse and child life coverage, PTO, and holiday pay.
