We are seeking a talented and motivated Power BI professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Power BI to transform raw data into meaningful insights, helping our organization make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, understand data sources, and develop interactive dashboards and reports that facilitate visibility into our key performance indicators. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. You will be expected to ensure data integrity and accuracy while also enhancing our existing reporting systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to become an integral part of our data analytics team, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.

Collaborating with stakeholders to identify data visualization needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Collecting, cleaning, and preparing data from various sources for analysis and reporting purposes.

Analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support decision-making.

Implementing data governance and ensuring data integrity across all reporting systems.

Providing training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices for data exploration.

Staying current with Power BI updates and advancements, applying new features to enhance report functionality.

Requirements

Proven experience with Power BI, including report creation, dashboard development, and data modeling.

Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for building complex calculations and measures.

Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts to query and manipulate data.

Familiarity with various data sources including Excel, databases, and cloud services.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
