Who we are looking for:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two (2) full years or more experience within the last 2-3 years within the role which they are applying for.

Multiple interviews, background check and references will be applied.

We are seeking well established, experienced and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associates.

Must provide a record of similar scope of work with references and excellent customer service with references.

Must be able to commute to Southampton, NY daily and provide own transportation.

Must be able to work up to 5 days per week

Necessary Holidays and weekends

Other Qualifications:

Strong communication skills required.

Strong writing and typing skills are required.

College graduates who are well-rounded, organized, and professional are preferred.

Enthusiastic about fashion and style.

Seasoned in the luxury fashion retail sales.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Prior in-depth experience working with a retail POS systems.

Strong knowledge and in-depth computer skills, utilizing Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.

Open and able to learn new skills and receiving training.

Open availability as the position requests throughout the year

Holidays and Weekends are Required.

Part-time / Full-time Employment, All Year, up to 5 days per week, On-site Only

Comfortable lifting heavy boxes, climbing a ladder, and working alone from time to time are required.

Job Responsibilities:

Warmly greet customers creating an inviting fun atmosphere.

Being able to recommend and style based off the customers needs.

Keep the store cleaned, organized, and well-stocked.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.

Keep clientele informed about promotions and events via E-mail and phone.

Receive shipments, count, and log into the POS system. Store away stock in designated area.

Dependable attendance and punctuality is a must.

Report daily activities, status to goal, customer feedback to management.

A drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

Meet KPIs and client retention.

Attempt to convert returns into exchanges.
