Under general supervision of Department Leadership including Lead RPSGT the Registered Polysomnographic Sleep Technologist is responsible for scoring sleep studies and operation of the daily clinic activities such as home sleep studies, overnight oximetry’s, MSLT day studies, mask fittings, pressure change, etc. The technologist must have a thorough understanding of all of monitored parameters which are utilized in the computer scoring and preparation of polysomnographic reports. Ability to institute life saving measures is required.
