Job Description

Job Summary:
Busy Rheumatology and Chiropractic group seeks a Full-time dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our private practice and provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to diagnose, treat, and educate patients. This role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented, and proactive professional eager to contribute to a patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient evaluations, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in coordination with the supervising physician.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications within scope of practice.
  • Perform minor procedures as needed.
  • Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health records (EHR).
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in physician assistant studies (or equivalent).
  • Certification: NCCPA certification required.
  • Experience: Preferably 5 years of experience in a private practice or relevant medical setting.
  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
