About the Role:

We're excited to offer an extremely unique opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in a dynamic patient-centered practice that combines the healthcare models of MaxHealth-Elevate who is excited to help lead a collaborative team. Responsibilities:

  • Systematically assesses patients' health status, arrives at appropriate diagnosis(es) and implements care plan for effective clinical outcomes.
  • Contributes to effective and efficient practice management policies and practices that support patient access to medical care.
  • Manages patient care through appropriate use of available resources.
  • Provides leadership for both practice and community relations.
  • Demonstrates commitment to fellow employees and the practice.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current valid medical license in the State of Texas (PA or FNP)
  • Licensed Physician Assistant in Texas
  • Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Texas are encouraged to apply
  • Primary care or family medicine experience required
  • Complies with all relevant laws, regulations and policies
  • Contributes to a safe working environment
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Demonstrated leadership, teaching, evaluation and communication skills
  • Ability to influence/motivate others at all professional and administrative levels

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year, based on experience
