Job Description

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social , in an agency setting
• Proficiency in digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, including pixel implementation and event tracking
• Experience with GA4, including analyzing user behavior and reporting
• Google Ads and Facebook Certifications

About the Job

We are seeking a full-time Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, executing, optimizing, and reporting paid digital campaigns across various platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in managing the day-to-day of digital campaign operations with a focus on paid social, ethnic audience targeting, and performance optimization. The Paid Media Specialist collaborates with Client Services, the Media team, and the client in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

CORE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms 
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign efficiency 
• Collaborate with creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals 
• Collaborate with account teams and clients to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and KPIs. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms 
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and messaging 
• Report on campaign performance and present recommendations for improvement to Clients and internal Stakeholders 
• Analyze key metrics such as impressions, clicks, landing page arrivals, conversions, and ROI to ensure campaigns are meeting goals.
