501 Lansdowne Fredericksburg VA 22408 Pay Rate: $19/hr
5:00AM - 3:00PM / Monday- Thursday Primary Duties: The order selector will accurately pick customer orders and place in carton on mobile cart, using voice communication. You will also be cross trained in up to 4 other positions which could include: Cart Builder, Shipper, Stocker, packer
Required Qualifications Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and
professionally.
Must be certified on proper equipment.
Knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.00 - $28.84
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
