General skills and traits you will need to succeed at this position include:

• Proper use of PPE and standard sterilization and disinfection procedures.
• Assist the orthodontist during various Braces and Invisalign procedures, including banding, bonding, archwire placement, Invisalign scans, and adjustments.
• Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring comfort and understanding.
• Take panoramic and cephalometric x-rays
• Take intraoral and extraoral photographs
• Communication skills are essential for working with team members and our patients.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Take joy in enhancing systems and find personal satisfaction in completing your work to a high standard.
• Willingness to learn and be coached: everyone on our team participates in weekly, monthly, and annual training to sharpen our skills and we are always striving to improve.
