What You’ll Do:

Operations Leadership:

  • Lead with vision, energy, and a sense of humor—because work should be enjoyable!
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize job duties effectively.
  • Manage and execute both large- and small-scale projects and operational changes.
  • Motivate and develop employees to help them reach their full potential.

Business Development:

  • Build strong relationships with both existing and potential commercial customers.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and drive new business in your local community.
  • Communicate seamlessly with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze technical and operational data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Solve complex problems with creativity and a hands-on approach.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for business operations.
  • Industry experience or exposure to customer industries is preferred.

Client/Customer Relationships:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value through customized solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor client feedback and market trends to improve service offerings.
