Job Description

Temporary Office Administrator (3-Month Contract, Potential to Extend)

  • Onsite, 5 days per week
  • Pay: $36-$46/hour , based on experience

We are seeking a Temporary Office Administrator to provide essential support in a fast-paced office environment. This role is a 3-month contract with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inventory management, conference room booking and preparation, catering orders, and general correspondence .
  • Provide direct administrative support to the office manager.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by maintaining supplies, organizing files, and coordinating logistics.
  • Schedule and prepare meeting spaces for internal and external events.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of office administrative experience , preferably in a fast-paced or financial services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) .
  • Experience using Canva for event invitations is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required .
