Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets used by the production and purchasing teams
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

Qualifications:

  • Some prior administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors and staff
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment
