Title: Network Engineer

Location: Tampa, FL

Duration – 3 months (Contract-To-Hire)

Payrate - $47 - $55/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineering Manager to lead and manage a dynamic team of network engineers. This senior-level role requires expertise in network design, implementation, and management, with a focus on Cisco networking products (CCNP or higher). You will oversee the stability, performance, and security of our network systems while aligning IT strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Oversee network design, deployment, and upgrades (routers, switches, VPNs, etc.).
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic network initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Ensure the security and reliability of network infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of network engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Cisco CCNP certification or higher required.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
