Our client is currently seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of experience in employment law or complex commercial litigation for its Fort Lauderdale location.
The ideal candidate should possess strong writing abilities and be comfortable managing litigation cases from inception to resolution. This includes drafting and responding to pleadings, overseeing discovery, preparing and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and participating in mediations and trials. While prior experience in employment law is preferred, candidates with a solid background in defense-side litigation involving complex matters are also encouraged to apply.
