Job Description

Our client, is seeking a Merchandising Assistant to join their team in the Los Angeles area. This onsite role will focus on data entry and various administrative tasks to support the Merchandising Division.

Position Overview:

The Merch Assistant will play a crucial role in the administrative operations of the merchandising team. This position involves managing and organizing purchase orders, as well as generating reports. . The role supports the entire purchase order process, updating data, processing invoices and other administrative task as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and organizing purchase orders for the merchandising team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders and vendor communications.
• Support the purchase order cycle by editing orders and coordinating with vendors.
• Generate reports to provide insights into order status and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the merchandising division.
• Must be proficient in Excel - V Look ups and Pivot Tables a plus!

Onsite DT LA(note parking not provided)

Rate: $24-25/hr
