Job Description

Job Summary:

Collect, organize, and process current member and group data on an ongoing basis. Compile and initiate processes for maintaining accurate member, customer and practice records within the AMS (Association Management System.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain accurate member data through informational updates from members and their staff on a regular basis, as well as through the collection of data through emails, web, phone calls, and any other means determined.
2. Review and process data received for accuracy prior to entry into AMS. Continual review of data integrity which may include: running regular views in database to analyze inconsistencies in data; conducting quality assessments of data going directly into the member database.
3. Help maintain “company/persons” relationships within member database.
4. Support Sr. Member Operations Manager and appropriate staff on managing web-based applications and member profile pages that import data directly into member database. When needed, assist with any data updates or the maintaining of data. Perform other duties as requested

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ database experience necessary
• Experience in individual membership organization preferred.
