Job Posting: Medical Assistant

Location: 3 Locations Hiring - International District, Lake City and Pioneer Square

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week | 4x10 Shifts | 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Variable Days) | Includes 1-Hour Lunch | 4 Saturday Shifts Per Year

Pay: $24-$27/hour, paid weekly, with benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Medical Assistant (MA-C or MA-R) to join our dedicated primary care team. In this role, you will work closely with providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment where the patient-to-provider ratio ensures personal interaction and excellent care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients and record full vital signs.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and tests as needed.
• Perform point-of-care testing, blood draws, immunizations, and EKGs.
• Ensure patient rooms are clean and sanitized, and maintain adequate stock of medical supplies.
• Provide outstanding patient interaction and service in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Setting Overview:

• Primary care clinic with providers seeing 8 patients every 4 hours (16 patients/day).
• Medical Assistant-to-provider ratio: 1:1.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Active Washington State MA-C or MA-R certification.
• Current BLS/CPR/First Aid certification.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience using EMR systems (EPIC preferred).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with immunizations and blood draws (willing to train if needed).
• Pediatric care experience.
