HVAC Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Project Manager who’s ready to take the next step toward Senior Project Manager within the next 12–18 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex mechanical construction projects ranging up to $100 million in value.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning and scheduling to closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers to support successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, and collaboration across all teams and job sites.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reports.
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously with professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing mechanical or HVAC construction projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction methodologies, and project delivery processes.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
