Job Summary:

Cloud 9 Production Services (C9PS) is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of our digital and social media presence — from creating content and building community engagement to scheduling posts, tracking analytics, and supporting broader marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in growing C9PS’s brand awareness within the film, production, and automotive enthusiast communities, while also supporting business development efforts through strategic promotion of projects and services. With partnerships spanning numerous major media productions, this is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing, high-visibility space.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Own the full social media lifecycle: content creation, posting, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement across all platforms.
• Research and track day-to-day industry trends, adapting content to stay timely and relevant
• Maintain and execute a posting calendar aligned with vehicle availability, project launches, and C9PS’s overall marketing strategy
• Create engaging posts that connect with both car hobbyists/spotters and industry professionals (directors, producers, art directors, prop masters)
• Monitor performance metrics, maintain trackers, and prepare insights to optimize future content
• Develop and expand C9PS’s online car enthusiast community, encouraging subscriptions and long-term engagement
• Build credibility within the production and automotive space by engaging with industry professionals and hobbyist audiences alike
• Foster meaningful online and offline relationships to grow awareness of the C9PS brand, vehicles, and services

Business Development & Marketing Administration Support

• Promote completed projects, showcase client successes, and highlight C9PS’s capabilities
• Support business development by researching potential clients and identifying new contacts within production networks
• Maintain and update the C9PS website, ensuring consistent branding and up-to-date information
• Assist in creating marketing decks, presentations, and promotional materials as needed
• May be expected to attend production events to represent C9PS, capture marketing content, and support brand awareness on-site on an ad hoc basis (potentially quarterly)
• Provide occasional administrative support, including assisting with vehicle owner agreements, reviewing contracts and NDAs, and handling other related tasks as needed.
• Assist with employee onboarding and background screenings for affiliated firm, TBG.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with C9PS executives and the broader marketing team to align marketing efforts with company strategy
• Join brainstorming and strategy sessions, contributing creative ideas to drive growth and visibility
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to streamline efficiency between marketing and production workflows

Skills Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or related field (internships accepted)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and current digital trends
• Creative eye for design and storytelling; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Passion for cars, film/production, or creative industries a strong plus.
