Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and adjusting locking mechanisms in homes, and businesses. Two years experience preferred. Willing to train.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair locks and other security devices
- Cut new or duplicate keys
- Change lock combinations
- Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly
- Disassemble mechanical or electrical locking devices
- Provide customers with estimates for locksmith services
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Skills:
- Proficiency in using locksmith tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
- Excellent hand-eye coordination - Ability to use power tools
- Good communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Must be able to pass background check to be licensed for security
