**Job Title: Locksmith**
**Job Description**
+ The Locksmith will be responsible for installing, repairing, modifying, and opening a variety of locking mechanisms, doors, and door hardware.
+ Tasks include repairing, testing, installing, and performing minor modifications to locking devices, including combination locks.
+ The role involves the full repair cycle of locating trouble, disassembling, repairing, cleaning, reassembling, and reinstalling a wide variety of makes and models of locking devices, as well as locking bolts.
+ Additional responsibilities include performing minor modifications to key and combination locks, latches, safes, and vaults when security has been compromised, making new keys from duplicates, impressions, and key codes, and maintaining tools and stock levels.
**Required Skills**
+ Troubleshooting systems and equipment including automatic doors, badge scanners, etc.
+ Lock repair
+ Key duplication
+ Re-keying locks
