POSITION SUMMARY:
The Legal Claims group is part of the company’s Legal Department and serves as the primary interaction point for the company’s nationwide network of law firms and collection agencies and its clients, and is responsible for receiving inbound claims through an automatic intake process, processing, investigating and resolving the claims, responding to and ensuring the next steps are performed to resolve the claims, including interacting with the network and clients through resolution.
The position will require strong research skills, the ability to ask clarifying questions to ensure a thorough understanding of the circumstances, giving rise to the claims including available resolution strategies and the capability to clearly communicate the information gathered and suggested path to resolution. The successful candidate will be expected to possess intellectual curiosity, exercise independent judgment and initiative, maintain strict timelines, thrive under pressure, work independently and think critically through the requisite steps to meet and exceed agreed turnaround times.

$20/hr to $23/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
