Location: Alpharetta, GA

Schedule : Full or Part Time

Office Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm

About Us:

Phillips Brothers Acquisitions is a real estate investing company located in Alpharetta, GA. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. At the moment, we are doing around $25 million in revenue per year. We are currently a close-knit team of 9 people. We have a GREAT work environment, and our team is essentially a 2nd family for each of our employees.

Job Description

We are looking to add a Junior Sales Rep to our sales team as we continue to grow. This position is key within the organization as they are responsible for supporting the Acquisitions Team, helping to drive all sales opportunities for the company. A major responsibility of the role is to secure new leads on properties for the company to purchase. They are responsible for making initial contact and identifying homeowners who would entertain an offer to purchase. From there, any hot prospects are handed off to the Acquisitions team to be closed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Performing outbound sales calls each day to generate new leads.

- Work with the Acquisitions Team to ensure a swift hand off of leads.

- Keep record of important call details to keep the system up to date and efficient

- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

Pay Structure : $15-$25/hour plus commission

Position Timeline:

This position is intended to be short-term, with the opportunity to transition into the full-time Inside Sales Representative role after six months, or when the employee is ready for the transition.
