What You’ll Do  

As a Pricing Analyst, you will become a subject-matter expert in rate analysis, market trend evaluation, and pricing strategy across multiple freight modes. Your work will directly influence our quoting accuracy, margin strength, and customer win rates. 

This is a structured role that rewards accuracy, consistency, and thoughtful problem-solving. You’ll be a key resource for our sales and operations teams — but your value will come from technical expertise, not persuasion.

Required Qualifications  

• 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics pricing, or transportation analytics 
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and quantitative skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with TMS, load boards, and pricing software a plus 
• Strong understanding of the freight market across multiple modes 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 

Preferred Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, economics, or a related field 
• Experience with RFP/RFQ pricing in a 3PL or freight brokerage environment 
• Familiarity with cost modeling and margin analysis
