Position Summary:

The Operations Manager, Installation is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all field installations to ensure timely completion, quality assurance, and exceptional customer service. This role involves managing subcontractors, scheduling installations, maintaining compliance, and optimizing labor assignments to meet project demands. The Installation Manager will work closely with field staff,

estimators, and office teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Schedule and manage all installations, ensuring jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, ensuring all installations are performed in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Oversee subcontractor compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to all guidelines
  • Coordinate daily loadouts and ensure installers have necessary materials, paperwork, and instructions for each job
  • Manage installer scheduling, balancing workloads based on geography, skill set, and capacity
  • Oversee fleet maintenance, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and operational
  • Recruit and maintain a 1099 subcontractor workforce to support project volume and skill requirements
  • Monitor and enforce compliance standards, proactively notifying installers of upcoming requirements and following up to ensure timely adherence
  • Assess special projects and provide guidance on installation challenges and product requirements to ensure successful execution
  • Ensure work orders are processed accurately, reflecting the correct type and quantity of services and materials used
  • Communicate professionally with customers and property residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of service

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in-office Monday-Friday from 6:30am-3:00
  • At least 4 years of experience in installation management, construction, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of installation processes, subcontractor management, and scheduling logistics
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred
  • Experience with fleet management, compliance monitoring, and workforce recruitment
  • Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
