HSE Clerk

Now Hiring: HSE Clerk | Cypress, TX | $22?$26/hr
Industry: Oil & Gas Manufacturing | Position Type: Full-Time | Location: On-Site


Are you detail-oriented and experienced in health, safety, and environmental documentation? We?re looking for an organized and proactive HSE Clerk to support our safety and quality teams at a leading Oil & Gas Manufacturing company in Cypress, Texas.



Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update HSE documentation and records in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Manage training records and certifications for all employees
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ISNetworld
• Support Quality Administration by tracking reports, audits, and internal compliance documents
• Assist with HSE audits, meetings, and administrative needs
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors regarding safety and training records

What We?re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with ISNetworld (required)
• Strong knowledge of documentation procedures and compliance standards
• Familiarity with training records, safety data, and quality systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably Oil & Gas
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook)
