You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for essential front-of-house and back-of-house roles, supporting local restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• 🔍 Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles including servers, bartenders, cooks, chefs, and managers.
• 💬 Conduct interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment evaluations.
• 🤝 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure cultural fit.
• 📈 Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• 📅 Schedule interviews, extend offers, and assist with onboarding as needed.
• 🙌 Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through placement.
• 📊 Stay current on hospitality hiring trends and industry best practices.

✅ Qualifications:

• 🎯 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality.
• 🍴 Strong familiarity with restaurant and hotel roles.
• 🗣️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• ⚡ Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• 💻 Experienced with ATS systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
