Job Description

Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to provide full-cycle recruiting support for both exempt and non-exempt positions. This role is essential in helping us attract, engage, and retain high-quality, diverse talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, develop strong talent acquisition strategies, and utilize our Workday recruitment system to manage the hiring process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of roles at all levels within the organization.
  • Utilize Workday to perform recruitment functions, including posting jobs, reviewing applicants, updating workflows, and generating reports (training provided if needed).
  • Source candidates using online job boards, social media, networking, and other creative recruiting methods.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants to ensure alignment with job qualifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to provide exceptional customer service and consultation.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to support organizational hiring goals.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, union requirements, and employment laws.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic recruitment initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred .
  • Equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered in place of a degree.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • At least 1 year of healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required (Workday experience preferred but training available).
  • Experience with online recruiting, internet sourcing, and social platforms required.
  • HRIS system experience (SAP, Lawson) a plus.
  • Previous experience recruiting in a unionized environment highly desirable.
