We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with expertise in print, digital, motion graphics, and video production—plus a strong understanding of web and email design. The ideal candidate will have experience in the wellness industry, bring creative vision, technical skill, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-impact visuals that align with our brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities
· Design and produce high-quality graphics for brochures, presentations, packaging, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
· Create engaging motion graphics and video content to support campaigns and brand storytelling (using tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and CapCut).
· Design and build email marketing templates (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and responsive.
· Collaborate closely with the marketing team, content creators, and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project goals.
· Develop and adapt designs for digital platforms (web, e-commerce, email, social) and print formats.
· Provide creative input and strategic recommendations to elevate brand presence and visual impact.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
· Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure fresh, relevant, and innovative outputs.
· Organize and maintain a digital asset library for efficient file access and future use.
· Ensure all designs are optimized for user experience, digital accessibility, and responsive layouts for web and email.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
· 2–4 years of experience as a graphic designer (healthcare/medical industry experience a plus).
· Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and familiarity with Shopify for e-commerce design and customization.
· Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo and/or Mailchimp) and understanding of email design best practices.
· Experience creating and editing video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
· Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work (digital, print, motion graphics, and video).
· Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and brand identity.
· Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
· Ability to conceptualize and execute creative solutions from start to finish.
· Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
· Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
