As General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant—leading with purpose, upholding standards, developing your team, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Core responsibilities include:

* Upholding company standards and operational excellence across all shifts

* Protecting and cultivating a strong, positive team culture

* Providing warm, attentive hospitality to guests and staff alike

* Managing and mentoring a high-performing team

* Driving financial results and meeting performance goals

Typical schedule: 50–60 hours/week, including peak business shifts. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires presence, passion, and consistency.
