Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring a seamless car-buying experience by offering financing and protection plans tailored to each customer's needs. What You'll Do

Meet with customers to discuss financing and insurance options, providing clear and transparent guidance to help them make informed decisions.

Work with financial institutions to secure the best possible financing terms, including interest rates, loan structures, and payment plans.

Present and explain various insurance products such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and service contracts to enhance customer protection.

Prepare and process all required paperwork for vehicle sales, financing, and insurance while ensuring compliance with dealership policies and legal regulations.

Stay up to date with federal, state, and local regulations to ensure all transactions meet compliance standards.

Strive to exceed sales targets for finance and insurance products while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits and compliance reviews.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline the vehicle purchase process and enhance the overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as an F&I Manager or a similar finance role within the automotive industry.

Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information.

In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and financial partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.

High attention to detail, integrity, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
