Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Operations Manager. The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of vacation rental properties, managing field staff, coordinating maintenance and cleaning services, and ensuring guest satisfaction. It is key to be able to thrive in a team environment. We are looking to grow with individuals who genuinely care and want to provide a great experience for both our guests and property owners.

Qualifications

• Property Management, Hospitality, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in overseeing operations and managing staff
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field, with a focus on short-term rentals a plus
• Strong understanding of property maintenance, housekeeping standards, and guest service best practices
